這個網站不需要註冊，也不會請你留下姓名或電子郵件。
為了讓網站順利運作、讓專屬連結留在收件人手上，我們會保留少量連線資訊。每一項都有保存期限；連線紀錄到期自動清除，訂單紀錄依法保存。
在需要登入的頁面使用 AI 功能時，你輸入的文字會交給 AI 服務商即時處理，我們不保存。
購買時的付款由綠界處理，我們只留下訂單紀錄。
這些資料只用在本頁寫到的地方，不販售，也不用來投放廣告。

1. 我們是誰

v5ai.studio 由五福數位文明工作室（V5AI）經營，為依中華民國商業登記法登記之商業。我們是本頁所述資料的負責一方。聯絡信箱：contact@v5ai.studio

2. 我們處理哪些資料、為什麼、保存多久

使用 AI 功能時，建議不要輸入姓名、電話、身分證號這類可以認出你的資料，這樣就能放心使用。

3. 誰會經手這些資料

我們請下列服務商協助運作網站。它們只在提供服務所需的範圍內處理資料，並依各自的隱私權政策辦理：

我們不販售任何資料。除了上述服務商，只有在法律要求時（例如司法或警察機關依法調取），才會提供給第三人。

4. 資料在台灣以外處理

上述部分服務商位於台灣以外，主要在美國，所以你的資料可能在境外處理或儲存。我們只選用具備完善安全措施的服務商。

5. 我們處理資料的依據

依台灣個人資料保護法： 我們依第 19 條處理這些資料，依據是：與你之間的契約或類似契約關係（例如購買、使用專屬連結），並採取適當的安全措施；或處理方式對你的權益沒有侵害。
若你所在地適用歐盟 GDPR 等法律： 我們的依據是：
提供你所要求的服務所必要，例如付款、登入。
我們維護網站與專屬連結安全、防止冒用與濫用的正當利益。
遵守法律義務，例如記帳。

6. 你的權利

對於和你有關的資料，你可以：

查詢或請求閱覽
請求提供複本
請求補充或更正
請求停止蒐集、處理或利用
請求刪除

若你所在地的法律另有規定（例如 GDPR），你還可以請求把資料以可攜的格式提供給你、對處理方式提出異議，也可以向你所在地的個人資料保護主管機關申訴。

怎麼行使： 寫信到 contact@v5ai.studio。

查詢或閱覽的請求，我們會在 15 天內回覆。
更正、停止處理或刪除的請求，我們會在 30 天內處理。
真的需要更多時間時，每類最多再延長一次同樣天數，並事先告訴你原因。

有幾點先說明：

部分紀錄本身不含姓名，我們可能需要你提供專屬連結的代碼或大約的使用時間，才能找到屬於你的那幾筆。
法律規定必須保存的訂單紀錄，在保存期間內無法刪除。
如果你在瀏覽器停用 Cookie，受保護的頁面可能無法登入；其他內容照常可以閱讀。

7. 我們怎麼保護資料

全站以加密連線（HTTPS）傳輸。
專屬連結的紀錄不保存連線位址本身。
只有經授權的管理者可以讀取紀錄；網站上沒有任何對外讀取紀錄的入口。
專屬連結的紀錄與防濫用的次數都設有保存期限，到期自動清除；訂單紀錄依法保存。

8. 兒童

本網站不以兒童為對象，也不會刻意蒐集兒童的資料。

9. 自動化的決定

我們不會只憑系統自動判斷，就做出影響你權益的決定。

10. 本政策的更新

內容有變更時，我們會更新本頁頂端的日期；重大變更會在網站上另外說明。

11. 語言版本

本政策有中文與英文兩個版本；兩者如有不一致，以中文版為準。

You don't need an account here, and we won't ask for your name or email.
To keep the site running smoothly and to keep personal links in the hands of the people they were sent to, we keep a small amount of connection information. Each item has a set retention period: connection records are cleared automatically, and order records are kept as the law requires.
When you use an AI feature on a signed-in page, the text you type is passed to an AI provider to generate a reply. We don't keep it.
Payments are handled by ECPay. We keep only the order record.
We use this information only for the purposes described on this page. We don't sell it, and we don't use it for advertising.

v5ai.studio is run by 五福數位文明工作室 (V5AI), a business registered in Taiwan. We are responsible for the information described on this page. Contact: contact@v5ai.studio

2. What we keep, why, and for how long

When using an AI feature, we suggest leaving out anything that identifies you, such as your name, phone number or ID number.

3. Who helps us

These providers help us run the site. They handle information only as needed to provide their service, under their own privacy policies:

Financial information such as stock prices and news is fetched by our own server, so your connection isn't sent to those sources.

We don't sell any information. Apart from the providers above, we share information only when the law requires it, for example when a court or the police request it through proper legal process.

4. Processing outside Taiwan

Some of these providers are outside Taiwan, mainly in the United States, so your information may be processed or stored there. We choose only providers with strong security practices.

5. Why we're allowed to process this information

Under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act: we rely on Article 19. Either we have a contractual or similar relationship with you (for example a purchase, or a personal link sent to you) and we keep appropriate safeguards, or the processing does not harm your rights and interests.
Where laws such as the EU GDPR apply to you, we rely on:
what's necessary to provide a service you asked for, such as payment or signing in;
our legitimate interest in keeping the site and personal links secure and preventing misuse and abuse;
our legal obligations, such as keeping accounts.

6. Your rights

For information about you, you can:

ask what we hold, or ask to see it;
ask for a copy;
ask us to add to or correct it;
ask us to stop collecting, processing or using it;
ask us to delete it.

Where your local law gives you further rights (for example under the GDPR), you can also ask for your information in a portable format, object to how it's processed, and complain to your local data protection authority.

We'll answer requests to see your information within 15 days.
We'll act on requests to correct, stop or delete within 30 days.
If we genuinely need more time, we may extend each once by the same period, and we'll tell you why first.

A few things to know:

Some records don't include names, so we may ask for your personal link's code or roughly when you used it, so we can find the entries that are yours.
Order records that the law requires us to keep can't be deleted until that period ends.
If you turn off cookies in your browser, protected pages may not let you sign in. Everything else still works.

7. How we protect information

The whole site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS).
Records for personal links don't store the connection address itself.
Only authorised administrators can read the records, and there is no public way to read them from the site.
Connection records for personal links and usage counts have set retention periods and are cleared automatically. Order records are kept as the law requires.

8. Children

This site isn't aimed at children, and we don't knowingly collect children's information.

9. Automated decisions

We don't make decisions that affect your rights based solely on automated processing.

10. Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we'll also note it elsewhere on the site.

11. Language

This policy is available in Chinese and English. If the two differ, the Chinese version prevails.
